Upgrade your build with the Flatpack Roof Rack—a versatile, DIY-friendly roof rack system designed specifically for 2007–Current Mercedes Sprinter high roof vans (144, 170, and 170 EXT). Compatible with REVEL models (requires removal of factory awning), this rack is built for maximum flexibility and durability.

Crafted in the USA from 1/4" thick aluminum and finished in a rugged, semi-textured black powder coat, the Flatpack is ready for any adventure. Its modular design makes installation easy and allows full customization using 1x3 triple T-slot aluminum extrusions, perfect for mounting solar panels, cargo boxes, recovery gear, or anything else you need for your overlanding setup.

Add deck panels for even more utility—whether you're creating extra mounting surfaces or a spot to relax and enjoy the view.
